Ferragudo is a beautiful village and many of the houses in Ferragudo are traditional fisherman’s homes. It is a very picturesque scene when you arrive in Ferragudo to see the the river front and people sitting outside the cafes around the square which is most popular with tourist visitors, passing the time of day. It is also a great place to 'people watch' walking along the water front and through the narrow streets, while watching the boats, and local people going about their day. More info>>
We used First Car last year and were amazed how easy going they were, the paperwork was done in no time and the car was perfect. We took it back , the lady just looked at me and said any damage or problems? I said no and that was that. I've never been so at ease using a hire car company as they can be dodgy, especially at Faro, not this lot though. We booked again this year and they were about Seventy quid cheaper than the super cheap guy's cheapest quotes with all the add ons!!
